PAYMENT METHODS:
1.By Debit or Credit Card:
After you select the credit or debit card of the Viva Wallet secure transaction system as a means of payment, you will be transferred to the protected environment of Viva Wallet to complete your transaction.
Accepted cards are all credit and debit cards. For orders from 150 euros to 300 euros, 3 interest-free installments & for orders over 300 euros, 6 interest-free installments.
In the case of paying for products via credit card, all necessary measures are taken for the security of your transactions through it and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.
2. Apple Pay:
Make sure you are logged in to your Apple ID. If necessary, fill in the billing, delivery and contact information to confirm the payment.
3.Google Pay:
Make sure you are logged in with your Google ID. If necessary, fill in your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.
4.Paypal:
When you select this option at check out, you will be transferred to the Paypal website to complete your purchase before returning.
5.Cash on delivery:
With cash on delivery (only for Greece) at the time you receive the products.
In this case, the customer is charged a fee of 2.50 euros (including 24% VAT).
By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order, which he can save.
6.Klarna
If you place an order over 35€, you will see the option "3 installments without Klarna credit" at the VivaWallet check out. The first payment is made upon order confirmation and the remaining 2 payments are automatically received every 30 days. All you need to do is add your debit card details, which you want to use for automatic payments. When the time comes for your payment to be made, we will inform you about it. You will be asked to provide some personal details in order to complete any transaction through Helmi’s online store.
During checkout, you will need to provide your full name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and — if you choose to pay by credit card — your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
The charge will be made only after verifying the validity of the credit card, availability of funds, and confirmation of details to cover the total order amount.
The sales receipt will be sent to you by email once your order and payment are completed.
If the transaction is rejected by the issuing bank or the payment network, the purchase will not be processed.

In case of credit card payments, the card details (e.g., card number) are entered directly on the secure page of the partner bank and are not stored in our system, ensuring the highest possible level of security.
Customers outside the European Union may incur additional charges due to exchange rate differences, customs duties, etc., for which the company bears no responsibility.
