The website www.helmi.gr includes the online store, which constitutes the electronic presence of the company under the name Helmi (HNG SINGLE-PERSON IKE, VAT No.: 801779873 & G.E.M.I. NUMBER 163184001000 - TAX OFFICE OF CHOLARGOU AND G.E.M.I. NUMBER 163184001000). The company's headquarters are located at 12 AGIAS PARASKEVIS Street, P.C. 15232 CHALANDRI.

Helmi’s e-shop is addressed to all internet users who wish to be promptly informed about the company’s products and have the ability to place remote online orders, always subject to product availability.

These terms fully comply with current European and Greek legislation, and users acknowledge the company’s right to amend certain provisions of these terms, provided that such changes do not affect legally binding obligations or established contractual situations.

By using this website, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and commit to complying with them.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION – SECURITY

You may be asked to provide certain personal details (such as your full name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, etc.) in order to complete any transaction through Helmi’s online store.

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of your data and transactions, protecting them from potential breaches through encryption technology. This method applies at all stages of data exchange and transactions between you and helmi.gr.

During credit card payments, your card details are entered directly into the secure systems of the partnering bank, ensuring the maximum level of safety and confidentiality.

PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force.

According to the Greek Civil Code, visitors to the website may place a valid order provided they are legally competent, have reached the age of 18, and are not under judicial guardianship regarding the conclusion of sales contracts.

Orders may also be placed by authorized representatives of legal entities.
The company reserves the right to seek compensation from the legal guardian or supervisor for any orders placed by persons lacking legal capacity.

The use of discount codes that run periodically on the e-shop is only valid for non-discounted products.

ORDER PLACEMENT PROCESS THROUGH THE E-SHOP:

Placing an Order:

You complete the designated form by entering the necessary information required for the conclusion of the sales contract.

To submit your order request to our company and complete the process, you must accept the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use by selecting the online option “ACCEPT”.

You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of the personal information you provide, as our company becomes aware of these details solely through your declaration.

Payment Methods:

1.Credit Card Payment – Interest-Free Installments

Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Diners.
For orders between €150 and €300, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments.
For orders over €300, you can pay in 6 interest-free installments.

When paying by credit card, all necessary measures are taken to ensure the security of your transactions, and all cardholders are subject to validity checks.

1.1 Payment via Klarna using a Debit Card

If you place an order over €35, you’ll see the option “3 installments without credit – Klarna” at the VivaWallet checkout.

• The first payment is made upon confirmation of your order.

• The next two payments are charged automatically every 30 days.

• You simply enter your debit card details for automatic payments.

When it’s time for the next installment, you’ll receive a notification, so you can just sit back and enjoy your purchase!

2.Payment via PayPal

When paying for products through PayPal, all necessary measures are taken to ensure the security and protection of your transactions.

3.Cash on Delivery (Greece only) you can pay upon delivery of your products.

In this case, the customer is charged an additional €2.50 fee (including 24% VAT).

Once the order form is submitted, the customer receives an online copy of the order, which can be saved.

All prices listed in the respective product catalogs include VAT (24%).

However, www.helmi.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice to consumers.

Notes:

You will be asked to provide certain personal information in order to complete any transaction through Helmi’s online store.

During the ordering process, you will need to provide your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will also be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code (CVV).

The charge will be made only after verifying the validity of the credit card, confirming the accuracy of the details, and ensuring sufficient available balance to cover the total order amount.
The retail sales receipt will be sent to you via email upon completion of your order and payment.
If the transaction is rejected by the issuing bank or the relevant payment network, the purchase will not be processed.

Your data is processed by the company in accordance with Article 7A, paragraph 1(b) of Law 2472/1997, solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
Under no circumstances will your personal data be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, except as required by law under Law 2225/1994 or obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

For credit card payments, the information provided to the respective bank (e.g., card number) is entered directly on the secure page of the partner bank and is not stored in our system, ensuring the highest level of security.

Customers outside the European Union may incur additional charges due to exchange rate differences, customs duties, or other import costs, for which the company bears no responsibility.

SHIPPING – DELIVERIES

For orders worth €80.00 and above, shipping costs are free throughout Greece.

For orders worth less than €80.00, shipping costs are €3.

Shipments are made with one of the cooperating courier companies (ACS, Elta courier) within 3-4 working days.

For deliveries to boxes near your location, you can choose Box Now.

For this service, the shipping cost is €2.50.

Shipments made with XP Courier are for next-day deliveries, where the cost for purchases under €80 is €4.00 and over €80 is €1.50, while for same-day deliveries, the cost for purchases under €80 is €5.50 and over €80 is €3.00.

For international deliveries within the EU:

• For orders under €300, shipping costs are €20 (including 24% VAT).

• For orders over €300, shipping is free.

For international deliveries outside the EU:

• For orders under €300, shipping costs are €20 (including 24% VAT).

• For orders over €300, shipping is free.

* Delivery times may be extended during sales or promotional periods or public holidays.

Deliveries are made by the courier company Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.

Once your order arrives at the delivery address, you will be asked to sign upon receipt.

If the information you entered in the order form is incorrect, the company bears no responsibility for failed or delayed delivery.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You are entitled to a partial or full return of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

You may use one of our partner courier companies (ACS or Elta Courrier) to return your item(s) with recipient billing, with a €3 return fee (applicable only within Greece). This amount will not be paid at the time of return shipping — it will either be deducted from your refund or paid to the courier upon delivery of your exchange.

If the return is due to a company error (e.g. incorrect item, defective product), the return shipping cost is covered by Helmi. In such cases, the return must be made only through one of our partner couriers (ACS or Elta Courrier).
If you choose to use another courier of your preference, you will bear the full shipping cost, payable directly to the courier service at the time of dispatch.

For international orders, only refunds are accepted. If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to place a new order.

All returned products must be in excellent condition, with their original tags and labels attached, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt.

The products must also include the completed return form, which can be found [here], and must be sent within the 14-day period.
Returns will be accepted only after approval by the company.

Depending on your original payment method and the return process, your refund will be completed within 20 calendar days from the date the company receives the returned items.

For hygiene reasons, Helmi does not accept returns on leggings or jewelry, unless they are defective.
All returned products undergo a thorough quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with such changes being announced on the Website within a reasonable period. In any case, the terms in effect on the date of the order will apply to the user.

The Company also reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify part or all of the services provided through the Website at any time and without prior notice.

Failure by the Company to exercise any of its rights arising from these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by Greek law.
Any dispute arising from the use of the services or for any other reason between the user and the Company shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze information and statistical data about your browsing and shopping activity on our e-shop. This helps us improve the website’s functionality and your shopping experience.

The -10% discount for subscribing to the newsletter applies to non-discounted products.

All newsletter sign-ups are logged to provide proof of consent, as required by regulations.
