RETURNS POLICY
PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return your order in whole
or in part within a time-limit of 14 working days from the date you received
it. You can use one of the cooperating courier companies (Elta courier, ACS or
Box Now) for your return by choosing recipient charge, with a charge of €3
(applies only to Greece).
This amount, which is not charged to you when
sending your return, will be deducted from your return amount (in case of
refund) or will be paid by you to the courier company upon receipt of your
package (in case of change).
In case the reason for the returning a product
is due to a company ‘s error (e.g. wrong item, defective product), we undertake
to cover the cost of the product return. In this case, shipments are made
only through one of the cooperating courier companies (Elta courier, ACS or Box
Now).
In case you choose to use any other shipping
method of your choice, you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs,
which you will pay to the courier company of your choice at the time of
shipping the package.
PRODUCT RETURNS WITH BOX NOW
Customers who received via Box Now have the
opportunity to return their parcel with the following simple procedure:
- Choose the Locker that suits you (to see the
available lockers click here: https://www.boxnow.gr/locker-finder )
- Enter the 10-digit parcel number (parcel
id) on the screen - which you can find either on the voucher, or in the
email/viber/sms you received from Box Now.
- Place the parcel inside the locker
- Close the locker.
IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN, YOU HAVE THE OPTION
TO:
• MAKE A REFUND
In the case of returning the products and
depending on the method you chose to pay for your order, the refund will be
completed within 20 calendar days from the date the company receives the
products. The products must be returned in excellent condition, without the
special markings (tags) having been removed and must be accompanied by the
sales receipt.
The products must also be accompanied by the
completed "return form", which you will find here, within the period
of 14 calendar days.

PRODUCT IN A STORE. (Only for orders within Greece)
Make your
changes in any of our corporate HELMI stores with your product and proof of
purchase.
• MAKE
AN EXCHANGE WITH THE SAME OR ANOTHER PRODUCT THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
Make your changes online by sending your parcel back to the company. Your
package inside should contain a. The returning product b. The return form is
enclosed, filled with the required information, and c. your receipt.
For hygiene reasons, our company does not accept
returns on leggings and jewelry, unless they are defective. All products
returned to our Company's warehouses undergo meticulous quality control.
The return will only be accepted after approval
by the company.
Refunds are not made in our physical stores.
Product exchanges can be made with the sales
receipt at any HELMI store.
