SHIPMENTS - DELIVERIES

For orders worth €60.00 and above, shipping costs are free throughout Greece. Shipments are made with one of the cooperating courier companies (ACS, Elta courier) within 3-4 working days.

For orders under €60.00, the shipping costs are €3.00.

For orders with cash on delivery, the charge is €2.50. (cash on delivery charge)

For shipments to countries outside Greece (within the EU), for orders under €150 the shipping costs are €20. (including 24% VAT).For orders over €150, deliveries are free. For shipments to countries outside Greece (outside the EU), for orders under €150, the shipping costs are €20 (including 24% VAT). For orders over €150, shipping is free.

*This period may increase during periods of discounts/offers or if there are public holidays. The distribution of products by the cooperating transport company takes place from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

SHIPMENTS WITH BOX NOW

For deliveries to boxes near your location, you can choose Box Now. For this service, the shipping cost is €1.50. Products are delivered to the address you provide when ordering, within Greece and Cyprus.

PICK UP FROM A HELMI STORE

For pick up from one of our stores, you will be notified by the store when your order is ready for pickup and your order will remain in the store for 7 days.
